Shift supervisor

The primary responsibility of the Shift Supervisor is to support management in monitoring employees in their day-to-day activities while monitoring productivity and ensuring the business runs smoothly. Our employees are treated with respect and are offered a positive and safe work environment.

Observe employees' daily activities, plan and coordinate breaks, and keep management informed of important activities and issues in the area.

Completed company procedures/checklists for opening, daily, and closing

Follows all company cash handling policies and maintains proper cash security, and voids transactions as needed

Resolves customer complaints in a manner consistent with policy and customer satisfaction in mind.​
